At Online-Chef, we usually talk about food, cooking, and everything that happens behind the scenes in a professional kitchen. But life isn’t all about recipes. Today, we’d like to share another project close to our hearts: APPORTE, a non-profit association we’ve been building to make practical business, financial, and administrative knowledge more accessible in France.

A practical course for future entrepreneurs in France
In November 2026, APPORTE is organising Starting and Running a Business in France – Fundamentals, a training course led by Leyla Zikmund. Leyla has more than eight years of experience in French accounting, particularly working with small businesses and independent entrepreneurs.
From choosing a legal structure to understanding taxes, social contributions, administrative obligations, and the realities of running a business, the aim is to make complicated subjects understandable — without expecting participants to have previous accounting or legal knowledge.
Especially for Russian -speaking entrepreneurs
This edition of the course is specifically designed for Russian-speaking people who are planning to start or run a business in France.
The training is delivered in Russian, making French business regulations, taxation, social contributions, and administrative procedures easier to understand — without having to navigate complicated French terminology.
No previous knowledge of the French business system is required.
