Colony 1 deployment Colony 1 landing openingColony 1 retains its adjustable landing opening. The Greenhouse roof is permanently closed with no center aperture. Hide it using Dome visibility to work inside.

Working notes

Concept status

Confirmed: six people per ship; X1–X12 remain on Mars as towers or reused material. X13–X16 form the attached Greenhouse Cell; X17–X21 fit out its interior. X22–X24 may return. Each cell has isolatable passages and utility connections. Ship 7 starts the glass side perimeter between the original towers. Working proposal: ship 8 completes it. Ships 9–12 are dismantled to create habitats inside the dome. Material yields, pressurization, dimensions and landing clearances are unverified.
